I placed an order on a Monday with delivery expected by Thursday. I messaged Michael letting him know that I was heading out of town on Friday, and was worried that it might get delivered while I was away.

Michael responded very quickly letting me know he could personally deliver the order the very next day (Tuesday) and I was able to receive it by noon.
