We ship within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to forward shipping companies.
Shipping Cost
We offer flat rate shipping of $12 in Canada and free shipping over $200 (before tax) in Canada. Flat rate shipping fee of $25 in United States.
Carriers Used
We use Canada Post, UPS, USPS, Purolator, ICS, FleetOptics, Intelcom, and WhizDelivery. If you have a preference, please leave a note on which courier you would like to use.
Handling Time
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon receiving payment, or if otherwise stated.
Processing Days:
Orders are processed Sunday-Thursday
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Sunday (when possible).
Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 11:00 PM (Eastern Time) for next-day processing. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day unless otherwise stated.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 2–12 business days depending on location and carrier. Total estimated delivery time is 3-15 business days.
US Shipping & Customs: Customs delays may apply for cross-border shipments into the US.
Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hanabi Trading Collectibles Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping courier transfer to the buyer. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages. If you have shipping insurance purchased with you order, please see below for steps to starting an insurance claim and contact us at contact@hanabitradingco.ca
Missing Orders
If you order is missing, please contact us at contact@hanabitradingco.ca and we will provide assistance. We are not responsible for any missing orders if shipping insurance is not purchased. If you purchased shipping insurance, please review the shipping insurance section for filing a shipping insurance claim.
Shipping Insurance
We offer shipping insurance that covers lost packages, stolen packages, and damaged packages.
We highly recommend you record opening your package if you purchased shipping insurance so we can provide it to the courier for insurance claim.
How to File a Shipping Insurance Claim
To start an insurance claim, please send an email to contact@hanabitradingco.ca within 24 hours of the delivery date if you encounter an issue with your shipment.
For stolen packages, we will require a police report filed with your local authorities and send us a copy of the police report.
Once the claim has been processed, we will issue a replacement order, refund, or compensation. Claims will take 3-12 business days to be processed.
