Due to the nature of the sealed product we sell, all sales are final once they are shipped out.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee back into your original payment method. As such you will receive 95% of the order total after the 5% cancellation fee. The refund processing timeframe can take from 1-3 business days to be processed.
To cancel your order, send us an email to contact@hanabitradingco.ca with your order number in the subject line.
Cancellation is not accepted after an order has been shipped.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance covers lost packages, stolen packages, and damaged packages.
We highly recommend you record opening your package if you purchased shipping insurance so we can provide it to the courier for insurance claim.
To start an insurance claim, please send an email to contact@hanabitradingco.ca within 24 hours of the delivery date if you encounter an issue with your shipment.
If your package has been delivered but is suspected to be stolen, please file a police report with your local authorities and provide us a copy of the police report.
Once the claim has been processed, we will issue a replacement order or refund. Claims will take 3-12 business days to be processed.
