What exactly is Hanabi Trading Collectibles?

We are an online-only store based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Our mission is to bring authentic Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and English trading cards and collectibles to the community at competitive prices.

What kind of products do you carry?

If it’s TCG-related, we probably have it or can find it. We specialize in:

• Trading Card Games: Pokémon (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean), One Piece, Weiss Schwarz, Union Arena, Hololive, and Yu-Gi-Oh!

• Collectibles: Figures and specialized merch.

• Supplies: Sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, and toploaders from brands like BCW and Pokémon Center Japan.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sourcing 100% authentic products so you can build your collection with peace of mind. No "proxies" or "replicas" here—just the real deal.

📦 Shipping & Orders

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200 (Canada-only). For orders below that threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Where do you ship?

We currently serve collectors across Canada and the United States.

Can I protect my order from damage or loss?

We highly recommend adding Shipping Protection to your cart. This covers your order against damage, loss, or theft during transit. You can find this option on our product pages.

⏳ Pre-Orders & Cancellations

How do pre-orders work?

When you pre-order, you're securing an item that isn't in stock yet but is expected to arrive on a future date.

• Payment: You are charged immediately upon checkout.

• Combined Shipping: If you have in-stock items and pre-order items in the same cart, everything will ship together once the last pre-order item arrives. If you want your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation before an order ships by emailing contact@hanabitradingco.ca. However, please note:

• Cancellation Fee: There is a 5% fee on cancellations to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

• Final Sale/Clearance: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Do you offer price matching or adjustments?

Because the international TCG market is volatile, we do not offer price adjustments. If a price drops after you purchase, we cannot offer a refund for the difference.

Can you help me find a specific card or product?
